3d Modeler/Generalist

We’re a hiring for a team of talented visual artists & storytellers to help Alex Kipman & the Mixed Reality Leadership team craft and share the Mixed Reality vision through inward and outward facing projects.

A well rounded 3d generalist with a strong focus on modeling + rigging. This role requires strong collaboration skills, creative judgement, technical knowledge of cg production, and strong story-telling skills.

Responsibilities

- Mixed Reality storytelling through motion design through internal and external facing work

- Modeling and re-topologizing CAD data into production ready 3d models

- UV layouts on 3d models

- Asset creation for final production in Maya

- Must be capable of modeling hard surface poly and organic models with Maya + Zbrush

- Rigging hard surface models for animation

- Product visualizations through GPU accelerated rendering

- Creative problem solving

- Ideation and pre-visualization of future ideas & concepts

- Helping to evolve our workflow pipeline based on current and future projects

- Supporting other team members across the org
